MIDF Takes a Stand Against Scams: Empowering Local Community

16 NOVEMBER – In a world where scams lurk around every corner, MIDF is stepping up to protect our communities.On 16th November, we joined forces with MITI to bring a crucial message to the residents of Kampung Tebuk Mufrad in Sabak Bernam: scam awareness is everyone's business.

Over 100 villagers gathered to hear from Mohd Syafiq Mohd Latif, a scam-busting expert from MBSB Bank. Syafiq didn't mince words: "Scammers are getting smarter every day. But with the right knowledge, we can outsmart them." He walked the audience through the telltale signs of various scams and armed them with practical tips to stay safe.

But MIDF's commitment went beyond words. CEO En. Azizi Hj Mustafa personally presented a desktop computer to village head Cikgu Misman Abd Jalil, empowering him to serve the community more effectively. And 30 lucky attendees took home a "MIDF Box of Cares"filled with daily essentials.

As Cikgu Misman noted, "This event shows that MIDF truly cares about grassroots communities. The knowledge and resources they've provided will have a real impact on our village."
