Cut & Bend Sdn Bhd (CBSB) is a family-owned business established in 2009 to undertake the trading and manufacturing of pre-cut and bended steel products i.e. made to order pre-cut and bended wire mesh, custom-made steel rods and steel bars in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

This technology enables customers to minimize their unproductive site fitting labor and allow factories to produce their reinforcement requirement more accurately and efficiently. It is the premium prefabricated bar reinforcement service provider in Malaysia and is the first company in Sabah to offer this service.

CBSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sabah Wiremesh & Fencing Sdn Bhd (SWF). SWF was incorporated in 1964 and has been a MIDF client since 2007. It is involved in the manufacturing of standard-sized wire mesh-related products and building materials. It is now one of the largest steel wire mesh and rod producers in Sabah.

With MIDF's assistance, they have been able to achieve higher productivity with low wastage through the use of high-performance sophisticated machinery.
